This Week’s Recommended Resource: Biblical Studies Books

There are a lot of great books on how to study the Bible, and our bookcases are stocked full of them. We love accessing books that help explain and explore how to understand and read God’s Word more clearly.

Two of our favorites are How to Read the Bible for All Its Worth by Gordon D. Fee and Douglas Stuart and Misreading Scripture Through Western Eyes by E. Randolph Richards and Brandon J. O’Brien.

Both of these books provide helpful insight into understanding the original author and audience and encourage readers to place themselves in the mindset of the Bible’s original audience as they study Scripture.
